We live in a world where fear is an increasing experience in our daily lives and in our work lives.
In this seminar, Professor Jordan examines the mechanisms by which employees translate their fear of uncertainty into immobilising or defensive/reactive behaviours. He then outlines the framework he developed to model sources of uncertainty at work.
