Official launch of CACHE
The reception was well attended by staff and ECRs who were treated to drinks and refreshments. Associate Professor Malcolm Choat, deputy director of the centre and former director of the Ancient Cultures Research Centre, congratulated the new director Professor Bronwen Neil on her hard work and expressed his excitement at the prospects of the new centre. Professor Bronwen Neil, Director of CACHE, thanked the members of the centre for all their hard work thus far and gave special mention to the advisory board, as many travelled interstate to attend.
