Understanding the key components of integrated care models as valued by children and young people, their families and healthcare providers is imperative to ensure care model appropriateness, acceptability, adoption and sustainability.

During this webinar, we will hear about the Children & Young People’s Health Partnership’s (CYPHP) London model that demonstrates value for ethnically and socio-economically diverse communities and provides important lessons that could be adopted and adapted in other settings.
