An initiative exploring themes of community and belonging as perceived by members of Macquarie University’s learning community during the closure of the campus in 2020.
Everyone Belongs is a collection of over 100 auto-photographic entries and perspectives from University students, alumni and professionals. Together, they create a rich array of experiences that celebrate and affirm our sense of belonging while also providing insights into what we can do to enhance cohesion and belonging across our community.

As part of this initiative, we engaged a team of PACE students to explore and present feedback received to a survey, from over 100 MQ community members.
Collectively, the thoughts and experiences shared by participants provided us with a snapshot of the MQ community at a time and space that will be remembered as our first venture in lockdown.
