CACHE is delighted to announce the launch of our Living Digital Heritage YouTube Channel! This channel hosts a sample of some of the remarkable work presented by colleagues from across Australia and the world at our Living Digital Heritage Conference, hosted in November 2021.

This conference covered a range of digital methods and their application to heritage-related pursuits, but particularly in the domain of Virtual Heritage. The conference brought together a variety of viewpoints from practitioners, researchers, educators and developers and covered: Archiving and Wider Data Issues; Museology; Capture and Visualisation; Legacy Data; Augmented Reality / Virtual Reality; and Ancient Virtual Worlds / Archaeogaming / Role Play.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank the supporters, presenters and attendees for enabling this extraordinary event – one that we hope to repeat in future. It was apparent that a regionally focussed conference and community of practice on virtual and digital heritage has considerable interest and holds promise for incredible ongoing collaborations. Watch this space for further events and updates!

We warmly invite you to explore these fantastic presentations, and to share them further amongst your own research, teaching, community and outreach networks. Thank you to all those presenters who allowed us to make available your amazing work through the CACHE Living Digital Heritage YouTube Channel.
