I cannot find a match when I sign up as a first time user/website cannot locate your details

Alumni Benefits

Do I have access to my iLearn after I graduate?

Yes you can, but only for a limited time.

You can continue to access iLearn up until your graduation date.

Do I have access to my student email?

This depends on when you first started studying at Macquarie University.

If you were studying at Macquarie University from mid-2007 onwards, you have full access to your student email accounts (in the format first.last@students.mq.edu.au).

Student email addresses were migrated to Gmail in mid-2007 and changed to the format first.last@students.mq.edu.au. Older internally hosted email accounts (such as @laurel.ocs.mq.edu.au) have been decommissioned and no longer exist.

If you have forgotten your password to your student email, please contact the IT HelpDesk via help@mq.edu.au or phone +61 2 9850 4357 and they can reset your password for you.

For instructions on forwarding emails from your student email to your personal account, please click here.
