Workshop on Writing a Letter to the Editor of a Journal
Early and Mid-Career Researchers and HDR students in the Department of Linguistics and the Centre for Language Sciences attended a workshop presented by Distinguished Professor Stephen Crain on 25th October 2019 on Writing a Letter to the Editor of a Journal. The workshop covered the structure of a letter to the editor and issues of argumentation and tone. Researchers also had the opportunity to network after the workshop and feedback indicated that attendees particularly appreciated the method of delivery.
