The BrAIn Cloud
The BrAIn Cloud is an advanced cloud-based platform designed to store, manage, and analyze multimodal patient-derived data, including clinical, radiological, histopathological, and neuropsychological information. It facilitates efficient integration of diverse data types—such as imaging, molecular profiles, and clinical outcomes—to support comprehensive, cross-disciplinary research. The platform also includes a user-friendly interface for automated brain tumor segmentation, allowing users to upload patient MRI sequences and receive accurate tumor masks. By enabling large-scale, standardized data aggregation and AI-driven analysis, the BrAIn Cloud has the potential to accelerate discovery, enhance reproducibility, and support collaborative efforts in neuroscience and precision medicine. Registration is required to use the platform.
