APAF bioinformatics contributed proteomics and data analysis to the national Wheat Pathogen dataset, as is part of a Bioplatforms initiative to generate and make available multi-platform data as infrastructure for future research. Our contribution is detailed in several publications:

Drought research in rice
We collaborated with Macquarie researchers on a number of experiments investigating the effect of drought stress on rice, including susceptible and resistant varieties, using label free and TMT proteomics techniques. A few selected publications resulting from this collaboration can be explored below.
