Evelyn is a health economist at the Centre for Economic Impacts of Genomic Medicine. She completed her PhD in Economics from the University of New South Wales (UNSW Sydney). She holds a Macquarie University Research Fellowship focusing on the economic burden of substance misuse. Her expertise is in dynamic simulation modelling to assess the impact - cost, and equity of different combinations of policies and interventions in a virtual world before they are applied to the real-world settings. Evelyn works in collaboration with community organisation and governments.
