CAVE Public Lecture

9 November 2017

The Macquarie University Research Centre for Agency, Values, and Ethics (CAVE) is holding its annual public lecture on Thursday 9 November.

Running for the 7th consecutive year, the annual public lecture is an opportunity for CAVE to engage with the community on topical ethical issues. This year’s speaker is Australian Race Discrimination Commissioner, Dr. Tim Soutphommasane and his topic is “Moral Psychology and Race”. With a doctorate in political philosophy from the University of Oxford and several books on the debates about citizenship and patriotism, this is sure to be a rich and insightful contribution to the Australian public debate about race.

Please register your attendance and join us for a thought provoking evening.
