Macquarie Law Alumna, Jennifer Tridgell is the youngest person ever to sit on the International Law Association (Management Committee) and was named as a Young Woman to Watch in International Affairs for 2020.

Jennifer Tridgell (BA/LLB (Hons I), MQU 2017) was recently appointed as Human Rights Officer for the United Nations Special Rapporteur on Freedom of Religion or Belief.

She is a qualified Australian solicitor, specialising in public international law and human rights. Jennifer was previously employed at the University of Cambridge Lauterpacht Centre for International Law, upon completing her LLM (International Law) as the Cambridge Australia Trust Davis McCaughey Scholar.
