Macquarie University Law Society (MULS) and law student Jessica Pereira were recent winners in the Macquarie University Student Excellence Awards.
MULS won the Award for Student Group for their outstanding work across the year in supporting students through online initiatives. These included online mooting, online careers events, a new podcast initiative and a scholarship for mental health first aid training.
Congratulations also to law student, Jessica Pereira, winner of the Outstanding Volunteer Award. Jess' volunteer roles in 2020 included:

The United Nations Association of Australia (namely, participated in the UNAA water walk and raised over $800)
