On Thursday 18th August, the University released a workplace change proposal relating to the Library Professional Services Transformation (PST) Program.
The proposal focuses on realigning the structure and positions to support a sustainable service delivery model in line with contemporary practices across the academic library sector. The proposed model aims to deliver self-service at scale using digital channels to reach clients and connect them with expert services and collections at their point of need. This is intended to free up Library staff resources from some transactional activities to invest in value-added services for students and staff. Using your OneID login, Macquarie University staff can access the Change Proposal for the Library.
