The University will notify Engineers Australia and the Australian Computing Society of proposed changes to the course and seek accreditation for the amended course and component offerings. The Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) specialisations in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, Software Engineering, Civil Engineering and Electrical and Electronic Engineering were previously fully accredited with Engineers Australia. The Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) in Software Engineering was also professionally accredited by the Australian Computer Society.
