New software platform for OneHelp

On Monday 6 July Macquarie University OneHelp will launch a new software platform, powered by ServiceNow. No downtime is anticipated.

OneHelp is the University’s interactive, self-service online request tracker. The new platform will improve reliability and enhance the user experience.

Extensive testing and technical user training is taking place during the weeks leading up to the launch. User guides and FAQs will be available on from Monday 6 July.
