Information regarding the MUPRA Supreme Court hearing

Macquarie University is involved in litigation with the Macquarie University Postgraduate Representative Association (MUPRA). The case is being heard by the NSW Supreme Court from Thursday 7 May.

The University is seeking to have the Court appoint a liquidator to independently deal with the assets of MUPRA according to law.

As the matter is currently before the NSW Supreme Court it would not be appropriate to comment further at this time.
