Maintenance is being undertaken to improve the resilience and reliability of University IT systems and services. As a result it is anticipated the following services will be impacted:
- Access to the OneHelp and OneNet WiFi will be intermittent between 5 and 8.30am.
- On and off campus access to most university systems will be intermittent between 4am and 4pm. Systems affected include (but are not limited to):
- Databank
- Dataswitch
- Datamart
- eStudent
- HR online
- OneHelp
- Truth
- University websites
- Wiki
Access to the following systems/services off campus will not be affected:
- Gmail
- iLab
- iLearn
- Invoices.mq.edu.au
- iParticipate
- Media Archive
- Mortice
- OneForge.mq.edu.au
- OnePlan
- Sponsored OneID
