Staff are invited to attend focus groups designed to help develop Macqurie’s inaugural ‘Staff 45+ Action Plan’.

The plan is designed to enable Macquarie to be an effective leader in the recruitment, retention and development of employees aged 45 and above, and will be held on the following dates:

• Wednesday 28 May, 12pm to 2pm. Freshwater Training Room, Level 4, Building C5C
• Thursday 29 May, 12pm to 2pm. Newport Room, Level 4, Building C5C

A light lunch will be provided.

The Equity and Diversity Unit is implementing this initiative as part of the University’s participation in the Federal Government’s Investing in Experience: Corporate Champions program.

The Equity and Diversity Unit is working in partnership with Sageco consultancy, who are a recognised expert in the area of mature age workforce strategies and solutions.
