Women’s Rugby 7s: Search for a star Talent – Day 2

The inaugural AON University Sevens Series is set to hit the women’s sporting landscape with a bang, with universities in 5 states and territories all to field teams in a four tournament competition.

Members of the Qantas Australian Women’s Sevens squad will be divided up between the teams which will each comprise a mix of students and non-students.

The Macquarie University Sydney Rays will be part of this exciting competition!

The Macquarie University Sydney Rays are searching for a star, and looking for the next generation of Women’s Sevens rugby players.

So if you have a strong sporting background, even if you’ve never played Women’s Sevens before and fancy giving it a try, come to our Talent ID days.
Day 1 will see our Head Coach & Strength and Conditioning team carry out a series of fitness testing sessions, and Day 2 will give you a chance to test out your skills.

When: Sunday 14 and Sunday 21 May
Where: Ross Gwilliam Oval, Macquarie University Sports Fields
Time: 10am – 1pm
