Providing students with the opportunity to learn sustainable practices is incorporated into Objective 1.2 of the Learning and Teaching Strategic Framework 2020–2024.

This objective outlines "a distinctive Macquarie University pedagogy that nurtures and encourages students’ appreciation of Indigenous knowledge, respect for diversity and global perspectives and commitment to ethical behaviour and sustainable practices."

In committing to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (2015–2030), Macquarie University seeks to align core activities of learning, teaching and research with these goals. Read more about how Macquarie is doing this.
