After-hours Events:

Bookings outside of 9am-5pm Monday to Friday are at the discretion of the Incubator team. If access is granted, the hirer is required to book security, at a cost to the hirer for the duration of the event (inclusive of bump in/out if this occurs outside of regular operating hours)

Parking:

One-day parking tickets can be purchased at the Incubator for $10 cash

Catering:

Catering can be arranged through us at the hirer's expense

AV Available:

  • 1 large LCD screen for presentations (OWN LAPTOP REQUIRED - connection best via HDMI for video, clickshare also available)
  • 2 handheld microphones
  • 1 lapel microphone
  • 1 catchbox microphone (great to use for questions https://getcatchbox.com/)
  • Slide clicker

Furniture:

  • 84 chairs (please give notice if you need more)
  • 8 small round tables
  • We can also provide a whiteboard if needed (please give notice if you do)
