Physics in Sydney - Showcase of Research

Come along and learn about the exciting scientific breakthroughs that are made by Higher Degree Research (HDR) students all across Sydney.

For the first time, five Sydney institutions will combine to present a showcase of Physics in Sydney across three event dates.

PhD, Masters and Honours students from Macquarie University, University of New South Wales, University of Sydney, University of Technology, Sydney, and Western Sydney University will display posters of their research projects.

The events will be catered with finger food and beverages, and everyone is welcome to attend.

At each of the three events, VIP judges will select the best poster, with $300 being awarded to the individual winners. In addition, you will get the chance to help your favourite presenter by voting for them in the $200 popular choice award.
