Audiovisual sentence processing

Participants:

7-11-year-olds monolingual English speakers with either normal hearing, hearing aids or cochlear implants.

Project description:

This project is comparing how kids with normal hearing and kids with hearing loss process sentences and get an understanding of their meaning.

Testing sessions will take approximately 1 hour at Macquarie University.

Participants will receive a Coles/Myer voucher and there is free parking available at the University.

Speech rhythm

Participants:

13-year-old monolingual English speakers, whose parents speak Australian English at home.

Project description:

This project is investigating the development of speech rhythm.

Testing sessions will take approximately 1 hour at Macquarie University.

Participants will receive a Coles/Myer voucher and there is free parking available at the University.
