Get involved with our centre

We offer a vibrant program of seminars, specialist workshops, podcasts and public lectures and panels, involving our members, our Distinguished Visitors, and other national and international scholars and researchers.

Every year the centre runs a public lecture featuring speakers who excite and challenge audiences by bringing new insights to contemporary challenges.

Our two annual public panels feature leading experts investigating and debating topics such as the Voice to Parliament, food ethics, assisted dying, and other relevant issues.

We have an active program of workshops and seminars organised by centre members, on topics including grief in the digital age, self-narration, and animal ethics.
