Strategic planning is a key element (along with governance, management, and evaluation and review) in Macquarie’s approach to quality enhancement. Strategic Planning develops policy to guide the achievement of University goals. It ensures consistency of focus and approach across a devolved organisation, and focuses effort on quality enhancement and continuous improvement.
