Planning
Strategic planning is a key element (along with governance, management, and evaluation and review) in Macquarie's approach to quality enhancement. Strategic Planning develops policy to guide the achievement of University goals. It ensures consistency of focus and approach across a devolved organisation, and focuses effort on quality enhancement and continuous improvement.

Divisional Learning and Teaching Plans
Divisional Learning and Teaching Plans were developed prior to the University Learning and Teaching Plan. It is planned to re-draft faculty Learning and Teaching Plans, to ensure alignment with the University Learning and Teaching Plan, once the new faculties are in established in 2009.
