Borrowing

  Request borrowing privileges as a Library Associate.
• Reciprocal Borrowers application
  Other university staff and students may apply for a Macquarie University Library borrowing card.
• Alumni Borrowing application
  For our alumni to apply for borrowing privileges.
• Alumni EBSCO application
  For alumni to access EBSCO Host and Business Monitor Online databases.
• History extension students (pdf, 330kb) 
  For high school students studying the NSW HSC Extension History course.
• Online loan/fine/lost book query
  To query fine or loan details on your borrowing record.
• Distance Education postal and fax request form (pdf,  52kb)
  For Distance Education students to request articles or chapters by fax or mail.
• Urgent cataloguing
  For students and staff to get items catalogued within a day or two.

Collection Access

Submit completed forms to Resource Collection Point on level 2.

• Brunner Collection request (pdf, 20kb)
  Request materials from the Brunner Collection if you are an authorised user.

Postgraduate and Higher Degree Research Access

• Access request - Postgraduate or Higher Degree Research areas
  For students eligible to apply for swipe card access to the Postgraduate or HDR spaces.

Academic Staff

• Book and book chapter request for Reserve
  Add a book or book chapter to your unit's resources in Reserve.
• Journal request for Reserve
  Add a journal article to your unit's resources in Reserve.
• Video or DVD form for Reserve or class screenings
  Request a video or DVD be added to Reserve or held for a class screening.
• Library funds order form (oneid required)
  For authorised staff and HDR students to order new items for the Library collection.

Digital Thesis

• Digital Thesis submission (rtf, 187kb) 
  Submission to the Macquarie University Digital Thesis Collection.
