Vacation & Internships Fair August 7th 2008
The Vacation & Internship Fair is your opportunity to promote Vacation Work or Internship opportunities to penultimate year students.

Services
- Advertising to all Macquarie penultimate year students through the Career Development Centre web site, posters on campus, emails and notifications at lectures.
- Extended Vacation or Internship role web advertisement* on CareerHub. Register on CareerHub at http://www.careers.mq.edu.au/CareerHub/employers/
- A table, tablecloth and 2 chairs. Exhibitors are invited to bring a retractable banner, handouts and display materials.
- Availability of some power on site - you will need to supply your own power cords and powerboards.
- Light Refreshments will be provided.
Alternative Promotional Activities
The following services may also assist with the promotion of your positions:
- Material for Distribution ($65 fee) – we can distribute your hard copy material at the above event. Please supply between 250 – 500 flyers/booklets and an A3 poster before 25th Jul. (You will also receive an extended Vacation or Internship role web advertisement* on CareerHub).
- CareerHub Advertisement* – post a vacation, internship or cadetship position until its closing date on CareerHub and enjoy the added exposure of VIF promotional activities.
* To take advantage of this offer please put' VIF' at the beginning of the job title.

Teaching Opportunities Showcase August 20th 2008
The Teaching Opportunities Showcase is your opportunity to introduce your organisation to qualified teaching students (primary, secondary and early childhood), in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Organizations from the following sectors are invited to attend:
- Primary and Secondary government and independent schools
- Agencies recruiting for national/international teaching positions
- Government Departments
- Professional Associations and peak bodies
- Unions
- Educational resource providers

If your company is not in a position to attend our Showcase or if you only recruit a small number of graduates the following services may be of interest:

Graduate Recruitment Fair
The Graduate Recruitment Fair is generally held in April of each year. The Career Development Centre has a range of alternate ways to promote your Graduate Programs or vacancies to final year students please click here for a full range of services or contact us to discuss your requirements.
Services
- Professional exhibition display booths with fascia panel signage, individual booth lighting, tables and chairs.
- Publication of 'Graduate Recruitment Fair Guide' distributed to students outlining exhibitor profile and opportunities.
- Promotion of the Fair to all Macquarie final year students through Career Development Centre web site advertising, direct mailing, posters on campus, emails and notifications at lectures.
- Complimentary graduate role web advertisement.
- Lunch and afternoon refreshments are provided.
