Choose from over 110 group fitness classes a week, delivered by our experienced instructors
Book online and collect a ticket from reception before you enter the class.
First timer? Arrive at least five minutes prior to introduce yourself to the instructor so they can set you up and guide you through the workout. Not sure if you can last a full class? Try the 'Smart Start' and participate in the first thirty minutes then gradually build up to a full class at your own pace.
Bookings open two days prior to the scheduled class and close five minutes after the start time. Remember, the warm-up is just as important as the workout!
