Envisage – Create Your Future workshops for staff aged 45 and over

How prepared are you for life in later career and retirement? Not at all? Or do you have the finances sorted – but have not thought about other aspects?

The Envisage – Create Your Future seminar from Sageco is a powerful and engaging program that supports experienced employees in planning for this phase of life.

Based on a holistic framework of identity, career, money, relationships and health, Envisage – Create Your Future is a program to transform your later career experience and to support you to discover new opportunities and to create and consolidate goals for your future.

You are invited

Sponsored by Macquarie University and guided by an experienced facilitator, all staff aged 45 and over are invited to attend this free half-day seminar to explore where you are now and what career and retirement options lie ahead. The seminar includes time for personal reflection and participants will receive a personal copy of the Envisage Journal in which to create an action plan for the future.

You can expect to feel re-energised, valued and empowered to make positive changes in key areas. Whether you’ve done a little or a lot of planning, benefits include:

  • taking time to consider career and retirement options in a structured framework
  • being empowered to make positive changes in the areas of money, identity, career, health and relationships
  • setting goals and identifying actions to create the future you envisage
