The due date for the second round of applications for Academic Promotions (Levels B, C and D) is quickly approaching.

To submit an application for promotion, complete the following steps by 5pm AEST on Wednesday 1 June 2016:

• Email your completed application (Application Cover Sheet & Checklist, Case for Promotion, CV Template and Discipline Report) to academicpromotions@mq.edu.au.

• Deliver a hard copy of your Sources of Evidence folder to Building C5C, Level 4 Reception (entry is via stairs/lift on the western end of the building).

• Request your referees send their referee reports to academicpromotions@mq.edu.au. To confirm which referee reports have been received, contact Catherine McDonald on Extension 4287.

Please note that each Faculty sets its own internal deadlines to ensure the application submission deadline to HR is met. For these dates, contact the Executive Officer/Assistant to the Executive Dean.

Academic Promotion interview dates will be published on the Promotions webpage shortly after the due date.
