To help us better understand the diversity of our workforce and to inform our planning, all Macquarie staff are asked to complete or update their ‘My Equity Data’ in HR Online.

“Completing this information only takes two minutes and by learning more about our staff’s cultural and linguistic backgrounds, indigeneity and disability status, we can better design initiatives and strategies that support continued diversity and inclusion at Macquarie,” said Kate Wilson, Director of Equity and Diversity.

Staff equity and diversity information is treated with strict confidentiality and is used in de-identified format for statistical purposes only.

To complete or update your information, log into HR Online and select My HR >> Personal Details >> My Equity Data.
