As we welcome our students for Kickstart and to the commencement of the 2023 academic year, it is an opportune time for me to reflect on the many successes that have allowed us to begin the year with such a strong sense of momentum.
This video address ‘Reflections on 2022 and the year ahead’ recaps some of the achievements of Macquarie University during the past year – of which we can all be proud – and highlights areas of focus for 2023.
The University continues to demonstrate significant evidence of our commitment to service and engagement. We are a university prepared and well positioned for the future. I look forward with optimism and anticipation to our continued contribution to the transformative power of education and advances in research that occur at Macquarie.
