The study will run for two years and include up to 600 participants. To be eligible you must:

• Be aged 60 – 79
• Have a sedentary lifestyle
• Have an average diet
• Have good cognitive health
• Not be planning travel for more than three months in the next two years
• Have access to a computer and the internet at home, and have a mobile phone
• Live within five kilometres of Macquarie University Sport and Aquatic Centre (North Ryde) or Fitness Edge Gym (West Ryde)
• Be physically capable of completing aerobic exercise and resistance training
