Macquarie University is celebrating History Week 2022 from Monday 5 September to Friday 9 September with a range of events, workshops and discussions that celebrate Macquarie’s rich connection to the past.
From handling objects from the Macquarie University History Museum collection, a discussion on the temporary exhibition ‘East Meets West: The Crusades and the Age of Decolonisation’ with museum tours following, and a catered celebration to round-out the week – there’s something for everyone.
Hosted by the Macquarie University History Museum and ASMU (Archaeological Society of Macquarie University), all staff are encouraged to join in on the events and activities, share with their students, and connect with colleagues from across the University.
