It’s time to reconnect, Macquarie

The All-Staff Breakfast event is a chance for the Vice-Chancellor and Executive Group to show their appreciation to staff in an extraordinary year.

Have you noticed more and more of your colleagues zooming from campus lately? After a long period of working from home, many staff are relishing the chance to reconnect with each other and once again experience working life on Australia’s most beautiful university campus.

On Thursday 2 December, staff have the opportunity to come together on the 1 Central Courtyard Terrace for the end-of-year All-Staff Breakfast.

The breakfast has long been an important event for the University to recognise the work of Macquarie staff through a busy academic year.

This year, of course, there is even more to be thankful for, as we emerge from a particularly challenging period in our University history. We look forward, together, to a brighter 2022 with the return of international students, and the anticipated resumption of face-to-face teaching, research activities and international and interstate travel.

Register for the All-Staff Breakfast by 5pm, Monday 29 November.
