It’s Open Day on Saturday 14 August –  Macquarie’s day to showcase our beautiful campus and talk to future students about all the amazing courses, teachers, facilities and opportunities on offer at Macquarie.

Macquarie’s first ever ‘Information Day’ was held in 1979, with event being renamed ‘Open Day’ in the early 1980’s.

To get ourselves excited for the big day, we took a stroll down memory lane to see what Open Day looked like all those years ago. Comment below if you were part of our first Open Days – we’d love to hear your memories.
