The survey is the Library’s biennial user survey used to improve Library services and facilities and will run throughout September.  

In the last survey in 2016, 93% of users reported being satisfied with the Library. Users were particularly happy with the Library building and Library staff’s willingness and ability to help. Some changes that have been made in response to the survey results include: 

• Installation of 486 extra powerpoints 
• Implementation of a new MultiSearch interface 
• Expansion of the electronic resources available to Alumni 
• Provision of additional laptops for loan via a self-service kiosk 
• Extension of weekend opening hours during exams
