The Library and Walanga Muru are running the Great Book Swap in support of indigenous literacy again this year.
From Monday 3 September to Friday 7 September visit the Library and swap a gold coin for a pre-loved book. Last year Macquarie staff and students raised more than $700 towards furthering the work of the Indigenous Literacy Foundation, who support remote communities.
This year, the Library and Walanga Muru are aiming to raise $1000. If you don’t want to swap a book, you can donate directly at the event page.
