As the days turn cold and the Wally’s Walk trees turn bare, there’s one thing that Macquarie staff start to think about: soup!
A much-loved campus feature for many winters, this year’s soup offering will be under the expert supervision of Head Chef Housien Koussan, who is looking forward to warming staff souls with his delicious recipes.
“Staff soup has been a much-loved part of campus life at Macquarie for many years. With the redevelopment of the Campus Hub, this year it will look a little different to previous years.
