Our image library – Cumulus – has a new look

In the past few years Macquarie’s visual identity has become instantly recognisable thanks to the depth and diversity of images gathered by Macquarie’s photographic team.

More than 40,000 images are hosted in our Cumulus image database, with Macquarie staff making over 8000 requests for images each year – for newsletters and other publications that showcase their work to the world.

To help meet growing demand, we recently upgraded Cumulus to become a more seamless and intuitive user experience.

Cumulus 2.0 offers better search, order and download functions as well as video storage capability.

There are a few changes to the way you search for and download images, so we have developed a handy ‘How to’ guide to help get you started. It can be downloaded here.

We’re hoping the rollout will proceed smoothly, but if you do find any bugs we’d love you to be part of the journey to making Cumulus better. Please report any issues to joanne.stephan@mq.edu.au.
