Fee payment information

Coursework Students

The census date for a unit is the last date that you can withdraw from a unit without incurring any academic penalty or financial liability for that unit. You can view census dates of your enrolled units in eStudent. Go to My Enrolment tab then select the menu option 'Check Unit Enrolment & Print Timetable'.

You will remain liable for unit fees if you remain enrolled at the census date.

Census, payment due dates and information on fee payment

Payment due dates are not the same as, and are set earlier than census dates so make sure you know when you should pay your fees by so you don't incur a late payment fee. Please make your sure you're aware of the payment due and census dates.

On the Student Finances page you can also find information about

  • how to pay
  • what to do if you're having difficulties paying
  • loans and grants, and
  • applying for a refund

Withdrawal without financial penalty in special circumstances

If you have experienced special circumstances after the census date which have made it impractical for you to complete studies, you may consider submitting a withdrawal without financial penalty application.
