The visitors participated in:

  • research seminars,
  • individual staff and PhD research meetings,
  • staff forums and
  • other interactions with key external stakeholders (e.g. podcasts, public lectures and roundtables).

Executives in Residence Program

Des Pearson participated as IGAP's 2013 Executive in Residence from 26–30 August.

Des Pearson retired as the Auditor General of Victoria in December 2012. He has more than thirty years experience at senior, chief executive and statutory officer levels.

He has primarily worked in:

  • governance,
  • financial and program management, and
  • performance evaluation and accountability roles,
including more than 21 years as an Auditor General across two jurisdictions.
