Launch of ‘Diversity and Human Resource Management: Australian Survey Results’ Report

Ms. Lyn Goodear, CEO of AHRI and Professor Lucy Taksa, Director of the Centre for Workforce Futures, Macquarie Business School, are pleased to announce the outcomes of the Survey initiated and developed by the OECD and conducted by AHRI.

The Report, produced by Professor Taksa and Dr Nour Dados, provides insights into HR professionals’ views on diversity and inclusion policies, initiatives, practices and areas needing improvement in their organisations.
