Introduction

Sarah Carlon has undertaken Doctoral research investigating the decision-making of parents of young children with autism spectrum disorders regarding intervention use. Of particular interest are parents' knowledge and use of evidence-based practice, and whether the provision of information about the efficacy of different interventions would influence their decision-making. Sarah has worked as an early childhood teacher in a variety of settings and completed the Master of Special Education.
