Centre for Implementation of Hearing Research

Enhancing communication and wellbeing by working with stakeholders and end-users to develop evidence-based solutions.

The Centre for Implementation of Hearing Research at Macquarie University is a collaboration between researchers, clinical practitioners and industry specialists to translate the latest research in hearing health into evidence-led clinical practice. Our member's expertise range from psychology, health economics and health services to hearing and audiology research. Our aim is to work with stakeholders and end-users to co-design a research program that addresses key challenges in hearing health and develop evidence-based solutions that are desirable, usable, scalable and sustainable.

We are based at the Australian Hearing Hub, which boasts world-class teaching and research facilities and houses researchers, educators, clinicians and innovators all under one roof.
