Ms Khalia Ackermann

Ms Khalia Ackermann joined the Centre for Health Systems and Safety Research in 2020 as a Research Assistant in the Health Analytics team. She is currently involved in projects aimed at evaluating and improving tools for early sepsis identification, as well as characterising Australian sepsis epidemiology. Previously, Khalia worked as a Research Assistant in the Liver Immunology program at the Centenary Institute. She recently completed her MPH at UNSW, for which she was awarded the Public Health and Community Medicine Prize for the highest achieving postgraduate coursework student in her cohort.
