Dr Yabai He received BSc from Anhui University (China), and PhD from University of Bonn (Germany). His scientific career and industry experience has spanned four countries (China, Germany, Switzerland and Australia). His research interests include laser optics, laser spectroscopy, nonlinear optics, optical sensing, and precision physical metrology. In particular, he introduced several innovations to the continuous-wave cavity ringdown spectroscopy to simplify and achieve superior detection sensitivity.
