The Macquarie University Early Childhood Education Research Centre (CRECE) brings together a critical mass of early childhood education researchers from Macquarie University who work together with the early childhood community to co-design and conduct innovative, impactful research. Our research enhances the learning and wellbeing of children, families, educators and communities.
Our aims
- Undertake impactful research about individualised early childhood pedagogies.
- Develop new knowledge to enhance the learning and wellbeing of children aged birth to eight.
- Assist educators to increase capabilities, resilience and support family and partnerships.
- Develop innovative solutions to strengthen the provision of early childhood education.
