Setting-up your staff donation
By setting up a regular donation from your pre-tax salary, you are providing long-term, reliable support to a range of projects. You may also choose to make a one-off donation. Setting up an ongoing donation from your pre-tax salary is easy.
Step 1 — Go to OneHelp
If you are already logged into OneHelp access the form here.
Otherwise login to OneHelp and enter your staff username and password
1. Select the Request Something button.
2. Click on Human Resources.
3. Click on Philanthropy Staff Giving Donation.
Step 2 — Complete form
Fill in the fields as follows:
- You are employed with MQ as: select your role type from the dropdown options (eg Academic Full Time). Payrate type will automatically be populated (eg if you are employed on a casual basis, it will be % based)
- Donation type: choose recurring donation or one-off donation
- Amount ($): enter in gift amount
- Start Date: enter the date you wish your donation to start.
- End Date: for ongoing gift.
- I would like to support: select your chosen cause from the list.
- Terms and conditions: tick that you have read and agreed to terms and conditions
- Click Submit.
